C3TS’ Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Division offers our clients a team of highly qualified engineers, inspectors, technicians, and office support staff with a proven track record in both the public and private sectors.

As a leader in the CEI / Construction industry, C3TS has provided construction management and administration, engineering and inspection, plans review, claims analysis, construction scheduling, and expert witness testimony for the Florida Department of Transportation Districts III, IV, and VI, County, and local municipalities, as well as private clients.

Specifically this has included major construction projects such as Quail Roost Drive, Sunset Bridge - Miami, State Road 7 / Sample Road Interchange, Avborne Hangar – Miami International Airport, PGA Boulevard Flyover, Sample Road from Military Trail to Powerline Road, Powerline Road from Sample Road to the Sawgrass Expressway, Powerline Road from Broward County Line to Glades Road, State Road 15 – Pahokee, and Glades Road from Florida Atlantic University to N.W. 2nd Avenue in Boca Raton.
