STRUCTURE: TECHNICAL STUDIES

C3TS offers a wealth of knowledge in the development of highly complex studies. Specific experiences include a blast vibration damage assessment of surrounding structures for Miami-Dade County, a hurricane wind wave study for Miami-Dade County’s Crandon Park and Matheson Park Marinas, MIA structural assessment of all the concourses for MDCAD, numerous structural studies for Florida International University including the structural assessment study of the on campus 328 unit housing complex and the structural investigation study of the Academic II building structure.

Additional studies include a structural investigation commissioned by the Broward Board of Rules and Appeals of 15 residential developments for conformance with hurricane wind load code requirements.
