C3TS’ new construction experience offers our clients an in-depth resource for design, inspection and project management of a multitude of building structure types. As a leader in the development of municipal and county park and recreational facilities.

C3TS has designed various structural systems for public parks and their unique structures. Specifically this has included parks and recreation projects such as Bucky Dent Community Center in the City of Hialeah, Veritas Community Center, Jacobs Aquatic Center in Key Largo, Croissant Park and Warfield Park Gymnasiums. Our institutional facility experience includes projects such as the F.I.U. South Campus Walkway, PC Building Elevator Tower, FAU Lifelong Learning Center, and Ludlam Elementary Media Center. Other specialty structure experience includes the FDOT’s I-75 Rest Area, FDOT Maintenance Facilities and the Pompano State Farmers Market.
