inspections, we provide project management and
construction oversight/administration and threshold
building inspection services to our clients.
Specific experience includes threshold inspections
for the AV-Borne Airplane hanger at MIA; 40-year
structural
re-certification of multiple Miami-Dade County
Schools; threshold inspections for a major
warehousing complex (tilt-up construction) for
the Frito Lay Co.; inspections for the development
of a condition report commissioned by FDOT for
the
restoration of two historical steel bridges within
the City of Miami Springs; load rating inspections
and analysis for South Florida Water Management
Bridges; and other bridge inspection services
throughout the State of Florida.
C3TS is well known for its experience in forensic investigation and rehabilitation of building structures. Older structures and structures exposed to extreme environments require periodic maintenance and repair in order to meet serviceability needs and to extend their design life.
Our engineers possess the knowledge and the experience
in using the latest repair technology and diagnostic
methods to handle these tasks in the most efficient
and economical method.
