Job Requirements: B.S. in Structural Engineering with P.E. required,
and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in building structures design. Candidate
must have experience using Auto CADD, STAAD, Math CAD, PCA Wall, Wind loads in
structures, Concrete CIP, and PC Systems, as well as versed in steel framing
both heavy and light gauge systems design. Candidate should also possess
good oral, written, communication, and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities: Perform structural
analysis and design for buildings and environmental
structures. Supervise CADD operators in the preparation
of the construction documents. Review and edit
the related specifications section. Provide structural
engineering services during construction phase, including
reviewing shop drawings, responses to RFI’s
and providing field change sketches.

Job Requirements: Minimum
of 5 years of experience working as a Highway Design

PD&E Projects with a significant amount of experience
with FDOT projects. Experience with local government
transportation projects and FDOT District 4 & 6
preferred. Excellent communication, presentation
and technical writing skills required. Registration
as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida
or the ability to obtain is required within six month
of employment. Travel Required.
Job Responsibilities: Serves
as Highway Design Lead Engineer and /or Project Engineer
for highway projects. Supervise CADD designers, entry
level engineers in managing and producing major highway
design projects. Leads design efforts for preliminary
and final design phases of rural and urban highway
design projects. Responsibility includes serving
as the Engineer of Record on select projects. Responsible
for project deliverables and oversight of support
engineers and technicians. Maintains project
scope, schedule and budget. Additional duties include
interaction with clients, sub-consultants, and the
community, assists in business development activities,
and may write technical proposals.

Job Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience working
as a Project Engineer responsible for design & permitting of FDOT/Turnpike
and/or local highway drainage design projects. Experience in design and permitting
of drainage facilities for FDOT District 1,4,5,6 and/or Turnpike Enterprise projects
and limited access highway projects is desirable. Experience with hydrologic
and hydraulic modeling of watersheds and design of stormwater management facilities
required. Knowledgeable in the use and application of AdICPR, HECRAS, HEC2, TR20,
TR55, StormCAD, ASAD and other similar applications. Excellent communication,
presentation and technical writing skills required. Experience in developing
and managing project scopes and budgets is required. Registration as a Professional
Engineer in the State of Florida is required or the ability to obtain is required
within six month of employment.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as Senior Project Engineer Manager
for highway drainage design projects. Lead design efforts for preliminary drainage
design, right-of-way, final design, permitting and construction phases of rural
and urban highway design projects. Be responsible for project deliverables and
supervision of support engineers and technicians. Responsibility includes serving
as the Engineer of Record on select projects. Develop project scopes and budgets
and be responsible for managing project schedule and costs. Additional duties
include interaction with clients, sub-consultants, and the community, assisting
in business development activities and writing technical proposals. Develop and
maintain transportation related hydrology and hydraulics work throughout Florida.
Responsible for work procurement including preparation of proposals and presentations,
provide technical expertise for clients, maintain project financials including
budget oversight and invoicing to clients and provide direction and leadership
to direct reports.

Job Requirements: Minimum of 8 years
of experience working as a Project Manager responsible
for design & permitting of FDOT/Turnpike and/or
local highway transportation/traffic related design
projects. Experience in design and permitting of FDOT
District 4, 5, 6 and/or Turnpike Enterprise projects
and limited access highway projects is desirable. Proficient
with MicroStation, ArcGIS 9.1 and various traffic operations
and signalization software (i.e. Synchro 6.0, Corsim,
HCS 2000, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation
and technical writing skills required. Experience in
developing and managing project scopes and budgets
is required. Registration as a Professional Engineer
in the State of Florida is required or the ability
to obtain is required within six month of employment.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required. Certification
as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE)
is desirable. A Masters degree in Transportation/Traffic
is preferred.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as a
Lead Transportation Planner/ Traffic Engineer and Project
Manager for traffic engineering and transportation
planning projects throughout Florida. Skills and experience
needed as the traffic engineer should include: coursework
specializing in transportation engineering required.
Experience in traffic impact analysis; preparation
and presentation of traffic impact studies; traffic
operations analysis; signal warrant studies; signal
timing and phasing; alternatives analysis; conceptual
geometric design; signing and pavement marking; MUTCD
compliance; representation/testimony at public hearings;
project management experience; familiarity with City
of Miami traffic concurrency procedures and engineering
standards required. Experience with the development
of PD&E Studies and Interchange Modification/Justification
Reports a plus.
