QDOBA MEXICAN GRILL
Miami, Florida

C3TS has had the benefit of working with the up & coming Qdoba Mexican Grill, a Colorado based chain restaurant. Qdoba Mexican Grill is a flourishing franchise in Florida and a total of nineteen restaurants are projected to be opened within the next two years.

C3TS is proud to be involved in the development of several restaurants, as the chain continues to grow in the South Florida area. This gourmet Mexican restaurant has custom trades and a full cooking staff at each location. Each project is unique in its location and development.

MOJITOS LATIN AMERICAN CAFÉ RESTAURANT
Miami, Florida

Mojitos Latin American Cafe opened its doors to the public on June 11, 2001 with a Grand Opening held on Tuesday, June 26.  A “mojito” is a rum based Cuban cocktail.  A Cuban flair, combined with a Latin American flavor, gives this place a unique atmosphere. 

Created in an Old Colonial style mixed with modern elements, the interior of the restaurant is an eclectic essence that combines relaxed dining while preserving an intimate ambiance.  C3TS headed the design team in the building of Mojitos, located at the Dolphin Mall, 11401 N.W. 12 Street Miami, Florida.  The time frame for the total design and construction was 12 months.  The completed cost of $1 million dollars included the construction, furniture, and finishes.

BAJA FRESH RESTAURANT
Miami, Florida

C3TS has had the benefit of working with the up & coming Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, a California based chain restaurant. The restaurant prides itself in simple geometric lines juxtaposed against the black and white finishes. C3TS has been involved in the development of several of their stores, as our relationship and the restaurant chain continue to grow in South Florida. These projects have been successful due to careful and meticulous coordination between the franchisee (the owner), California Corporate offices, the building landlord and all the sub-consultants, especially the kitchen manufacturer.

VANISHING POINT
Coral Gables, Florida

C3TS has had the opportunity to work with several clients wishing to introduce their companies to South Florida for the first time. Specific experience includes work performed for Vanishing Point, a state of the art depilatory salon based in New York. This project in Coral Gables, Florida encompassed the coordination of the complete design of their salon. Extensive interior renovations to the building, previously a bank, included the reception area, the waiting area, and the individual depilatory rooms. The design of the interior renovations and exterior enhancements was created to identify and distinguish their image in the community.

CITCO CORPORATE SERVICES
Miami, Florida

Promoting, through design, an image of power and stability, C3TS has often been successful in the complete design of these types of image conscious interiors. Among the most successful projects C3TS has completed was the interior design of Citco Corporate Services, an investment and brokerage firm. One of the aspects that made this project remarkable, was due to the time frame in which it was completed. This design also provided for the necessary state of the art telecommunications and multimedia presentation requirements, while still projecting an image of stability and substance. C3TS has been providing another of it’s clients, Terrabank, N.A., with all of its design needs since 1985. These services have included permitting, furniture selection, purchasing, and construction administration, at their main branch and other branches throughout Miami.
