HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY FEDERAL H.U.D.-202
Miami, Florida

The firm’s extensive experience in multi-unit housing includes over 500-units of federally sponsored HUD-202 specialty housing for the elderly. Working hand-in-hand with our clients, Volunteers of America in Metaire, Louisiana and HUD, C3TS was able to fast-track five 100+ unit projects in less than five years. These projects ranged in construction value from just under $4,000,000 to over $4,500,000 and are located throughout Miami-Dade County. The challenge of these projects lay not only in their cost effective conception but also in the requirement that they meet the specialized needs of their elderly residents. These facilities boast the triple achievement of having been completed on time, within budget and established the design criteria for future housing facilities of this type.

DEERFIELD BEACH KEY CONDOMINIUMS
Deerfield, Florida

C3TS was requested by our client to provide a Due Diligence Report, Design Review Committee Report and Schematic Design for a proposed condominium project in Pompano Beach.  The existing property was two single family homes, each on a small lot.

The area in Pompano Beach, a block off of the Atlantic Ocean is in transition from single family occupancy to multi-family / multi-story development.  The City has a favorable attitude towards this type of development.  Planning and zoning restrictions are strict, but were met in this project.
