ARCHITECTURE

C3TS’ Architecture Department has been designing noteworthy projects since its inception in 1992.  The Architecture staff works very closely with our various engineering departments, affording our clients a unique holistic approach to projects.

Just a few of our varied architectural successes include the master plan for the Pompano State Farmers’ Market, the Lifelong Learning Center for Florida Atlantic University, and the PC Building Elevator Tower at Florida International University.  As lead designers on Design/Build teams, we have worked on Doral Middle School (State School “JJ”) for Miami-Dade County Public Schools.   This $14 million project was completed on time and within budget, and the school was awarded a state “Smart School Design Award” for its efficient and attractive solution to a middle school program, having provided the entire facility for less than $10,000/student station.   The “Smart School Award” also provided a million dollar rebate to MDCPS from the Department of Education.

Additionally, the C3TS Architectural Department has been responsible for many aesthetic enhancements for engineering projects and some of the FDOT architectural projects, such as the North Dade Maintenance Facility for FDOT, District VI.  Our familiarity with FDOT requirements has contributed to our architectural success designing rest areas, bridge improvements, trail facilities, and other transportation enhancements.     

Our firm’s experience in park and recreation facilities includes over 150 projects throughout South Florida, and encompasses a diverse range of projects such as park trails, neighborhood parks, regional parks, passive parks, aquatic facilities, community centers, and multi-use athletic facilities.

The Architecture Department has also worked on building, interior design and space planning projects for diverse private sector clients.  The department brings outstanding project management, technical experience, and expertise to each and every project.  The Architecture team is committed to providing the highest quality staff and service to each client and provides the necessary dedication to see each and every project assigned successfully completed.
